Huen Electric performed the electrical installation of the Earle Naval Base project, a 28.6 MW solar installation over 160 acres. Huen crews installed 71,400 photovoltaic modules on a driven racking system. The crews also installed 128 400A disconnects feeding eight SMA 2500KVA inverter skids. This system connected to the utility at 35kV with primary feeders over 22,000 LF. This project was completed in six months through a winter schedule.
