Huen Electric performed the electrical installation of the Lincoln Common – designed by Antunovich Associates and engineered by Cosentini – and touted as the “Gateway to Lincoln Park.” The development consists of two 20-story residential towers that house 538 apartment units, 100,000 square feet of retail space, 60,000 square feet of office space, and a parking garage. In addition to the electrical construction and buildout, we installed the DAS, AV, security, wireless network, fire alarm, and voice data.
