Keystone Trade Center Building No. 1 ^Industrial

Huen Electric performed the electrical installation in the new construction and design/build of a 1,159,849-square-foot industrial building and warehouse on a 164-acre site in Falls Township, Pennsylvania. The project included tenant fit-out for office space and warehouse use for inbounding, sorting, and out-bounding products for a global delivery company.  This project included security/teledata, fire alarm system, power distribution, generators, UPS systems, lighting, and site lighting, along with 27,176 square feet of office space and a separate 8,000-square-foot vehicle maintenance garage.

Our team included management and engineers, civil crews, subcontractors, and union electrical labor to complete this project hand in hand with all associated building trades. This is part of the Keystone Trade Center revitalization project that includes an additional 18 warehouses on the property.
