Zurich North America Headquarters

Zurich North America Headquarters is a world-class, 800,000-square-foot complex design built by Clayco and composed of three primary bars that are offset and stacked. Huen Electric provided design-assist services and electrical infrastructure. The electrical installations included cogeneration of electricity, medium voltage (12.4 kV) distribution, atrium smoke evacuation, unit substations designed to feed all building loads, as well as a busway riser for tenant use.
